These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Book Writer Pro website, platform, and services ("Services"), operated by Book Writer Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a service, booking a consultation, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Description of Services

Book Writer Pro provides a suite of services to help authors write, publish, and grow their books and businesses. These currently include:

• Our writing platform and self-serve system for drafting and structuring your book
• Done-for-you publishing services across multiple tiers, including formatting, distribution, and audiobook production
• Course creation services that help authors turn their book into a digital course or training program
• Ongoing coaching, support, and educational resources

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We'll always do our best to give you reasonable notice of material changes.

Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or to us.

Payment and Refunds

Prices for our Services are listed on the relevant product or checkout page. By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide. All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

• Higher-tier services (Published Author Package, Workbook Package, Audiobook Package, Premium Author Bundle, and similar): refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to deductions for work already completed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have concerns.
• Payment plans, if offered, must be paid in full according to the schedule agreed at purchase.

Intellectual Property

You retain 100% ownership of your book, manuscript, course content, and any original work you create using our Services. We make no claim to your intellectual property and will not publish, distribute, or use it for any purpose other than delivering the Services you've purchased.

The Book Writer Pro name, logo, platform code, training materials, frameworks, templates, and all other content we create remain our property. You may use them only as part of the Services and only while your access is active.

License to Use the Platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal author business. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, or share your account credentials with anyone else.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Infringe on anyone's intellectual property, including by submitting plagiarized or AI-generated content you don't have rights to
• Upload content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit involving minors
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our platform or its security
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited marketing

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation, with or without notice.

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee any specific outcome — including book sales, revenue, rankings, or audience growth. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the quality of your work, your marketing efforts, and market conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Book Writer Pro and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Book Writer Pro is incorporated (specific jurisdiction to be confirmed in a forthcoming update), without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, we'll provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
